Below are clubs that are in arrears on the league declaration fees. If you do not believe this is correct, our Volunteer Treasurer needs:

Copy of your cleared check

A PayPal confirmation email showing you paid what is missing

GotSport Confirmation Email showing the payment is made
-
Please do not send “I believe we paid”, “I think we paid,” or “you need to prove to us that we did not pay” messages; they will be ignored

Failure to submit the payment by the requested date could result in your club being placed in Not in Good Standing with FYSA. Thank you for your immediate action in reference to this matter.
